The Aspire OT Story

A Dynamic Duo

Niccole and Kim's story began when they both were working to develop a chronic pain occupational therapy program. It wasn't long before they realized that their mutual respect for what each brings to the OTA/OT partnership was just the beginning. As a dynamic duo they have written 2 continuing education articles for OT Practice, created numerous occupational therapy continuing education courses in which they have had the privilege to provide across the country, and their latest endeavor is to start a continuing education company dedicated to supporting their mission.

As the demands on OT practitioners grow, we believe that OT continuing education should provide practical tools that clinicians can take straight to the job.

OT practitioners need choices to determine what type of courses fit into their schedule.

Our Goal

Is to provide continuing education courses that

  • Give OT practitioners tools and information to help them better promote the value that they bring the organizations that they serve

  • Help OT practitioners implement evidence based strategies that are occupation based

  • Empower OT practitioners to meet their full potential

Recognizing the Unique Educational Needs of Occupational Therapy Practitioners

Because if we don't, who will?

" When we were first approached to develop and instruct a professional continuing education course, we couldn't believe that it was not an option to do it exclusively for OT practitioners", Kim recalls. NIccole adds: "As we continued to travel the country, it became apparent that there was a need for courses that provide practical application for occupational therapy specific interventions".

THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING: Aspire OT plans to add more and more online courses as well as live course offerings. Follow us on social media to keep up with out latest courses and events.
